• Gathering and managing the proper paperwork from all real estate agents and lenders involved in your home-buying process
• Ensuring payment and collection of the property taxes, payoffs and insurance policies applicable for your new home
• Maintaining ongoing lines of communication with all parties, agents and lenders involved in the transaction to get the transaction to the closing table, from inception to close
• Getting all signatures on all closing documents
• Recording necessary documents with the proper governmental authorities
• Preparing and issuing any and owner owner’s and lenders policy of title insurance

• We will contact you following our receipt of the negotiated and fully-executed Purchase Agreement from the buyer
• Our title agents will promptly obtain personal background information from you necessary to begin our Title Abstract and Examination
• We will work with you to obtain a payoff of any present mortgages (as applicable), and work to resolve any issues found from our Title Examination
• We will assist you with any questions you have for the closing process
