Todd Taranto, Managing Member and Attorney for Provenance Title, is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received his J.D./B.C.L. from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He has over twelve years of experience in commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as governmental and administrative law, succession and estate planning issues, planning and zoning law, and other transactional legal matters. Todd has gained invaluable experience from prior positions in both the private and public sector, including as an civil attorney with the St. Tammany Parish Government Legal Department and as an Assistant District Attorney for the 22nd J.D.C. He is a member of the American Land Title Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, as well as a licensed title agent.
Kimberly Hunt, Lead Processor for Provenance Title, joined Provenance Title in 2018, and has gained experience as a title and settlement file processor in numerous states over a more than twenty-two year career. Kim is also commissioned as Notary Public, and is intimately familiar with every step of the closing process. She is involved with each file, from inception to finish, and brings a client-centered approach to the closing and settlement process.
Marah Starr, Processor, joins Provenance Title in 2021 after more than 12 years of customer service experience in a variety of service industries, having moved to Louisiana from Indiana in 2017 after her husband Justin took a new position here with Associated Terminals. Marah assists clients with all real estate needs, including payoffs, cancellations, document preparation and other critical aspects of the closing process.
